We do not support the use of internet browsers for FTP uploads. Please use a FTP client to upload graphics to our servers.

  may download a free FTP client at: http://www.coreftp.com

• Mac users
  may download a free FTP client at: http://www.cyberduck.ch

  Using FTP clients such as the ones listed above allow you to resume file uploads / downloads should a connection fail or time-out.

  Note: Please name your file properly, using your company name. For example if your company name is ABC Company, name your file “ABCCompany_nameoffile”. Please send an email so we are notified of the upload.
