Terms and Conditions of Sale

Edmonton Tradeshow Orders: A $20.00 Package & Handling Fee is applicable on all Edmonton Tradeshow orders. All Edmonton Tradeshow orders are on Credit Card or Prepay terms with full payment in advance due at time of order unless otherwise approved by Device Media, Inc. For credit card orders, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. When Device Media receives authorization from the credit card company for the full amount of the order plus freight, Device MEdia will process an order. All checks should be made payable to Device Media Inc. A $25.00 service fee will be assessed on all returned checks. A $25.00 change order fee will also be added if changes are made on order prior to shipping.
Edmonton Tradeshow Terms: 50% / 50% terms: 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order to start production; 50% remaining balance plus freight due on-or-prior to Ship Date to release the goods. Acceptable forms of payment are company or certified cheque or by money order. A $25.00 service fee will be assessed on all returned checks. A $50.00 change order fee will be added if changes are made on order prior to shipping.
Shipping Carrier
All Edmonton Tradeshow orders are shipped via UPS on account. We do not ship on third party accounts. Should customer arrange for own or 3rd party shipping with Device Media approval, any and all claims must be made directly by customer to customer’s carrier.
Limits of Liability
Device Media is not responsible for products damaged during shipping unless shipped on our account. Should shipment via Device Media specified carrier be lost or damaged in transit, Device Media will repair or replace said shipment at its discretion at no charge to the customer. Device Media will not be responsible for any incidental claims or damages to the customer or their end user including, but not limited to, show costs, I & D costs, or expedited or overnight shipping charges. Replacement for lost or damaged shipment(s) by Device Media carrier will be shipped same class of service originally requested by the customer. Should customer require upgraded/expedited delivery service, any additional shipping costs will be billed to and prepaid by the customer.
Return Shipments:
Device Media Inc. does not accept unauthorized returns or freight collect. Only defective products may be returned. All returns must be preauthorized by notifying Device Media’s Corporate Offices and obtaining a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department. Claims for defective products must be reported to Device Media Inc.’s Corporate Offices within five (5) business days of receiving goods. Call Toll Free: 800-537-0231.
Disputes:
Customer agrees to pay Device Media an interest rate amount equal to 2% per month, or the maximum provided by law (whichever is less) for invoice amounts that are past due. Should customer default in any such payment(s), Device Media shall have the right, without notice to customer, to declare all invoice amounts due and payable. In the event that Device Media should commence any legal action(s) or otherwise seek to collect payment from customer, the customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney(s) and/or collection agency fees, prior to, and subsequent to judgment entered by a court of law, and other expenses incurred by Device Media, whether or not a suit is filed.
